Before You Book
Know Before the Crew Arrives.
A practical walkthrough of scheduling, access, weather, and preparing the property for service.
We watch the forecast, and if weather would spoil the results — or make the job unsafe — we move the visit. That applies to wood restoration and to polymeric sand especially, since sand laid before rain washes straight back out of the joints. Call us and we will find you the next slot rather than leaving you wondering.
Not usually. Landscaping, snow removal, and most yard work can happen while you are out, provided we can reach the property and get through any gates. Tree work and general labour jobs sometimes need a quick walkthrough first, which we confirm when we scope the job.
We work around what you want kept and clear away debris as we go. If you have sensitive plantings or pets that use the yard during the day, mention it when you book and we will plan around it.
If something on a job concerns you, call us directly and we will put it right.
Seasonal clean-ups work best booked ahead of spring growth or fall leaf drop. Snow removal plans should be booked before the first snowfall — seasonal plan spots fill up as winter approaches.
Never expected, always appreciated. The crew takes pride in the work either way. A good word, a repeat booking, or a mention to a neighbour means just as much to us.
Yes. The people who quote your work are the people who show up to do it.
Yes. Landscaping, tree work, wood restoration, junk removal, pressure washing, and general labour can often be scheduled together with the same crew — mention everything you need when you request a quote.
It depends on the season and how full the schedule is. Call (647) 569-8294 with your city and job type and we will give you a realistic start window.
Tell us your city, the service you need, and what you would like done. The contact form also lets you include the property address when that helps us understand the job before we follow up.
FAQ
Questions York Region Homeowners Bring Us.
Clear answers about pricing, coverage, scheduling, and the outdoor work people request most.
Landscaping and lawn care, yard clean-ups, tree pruning and removal, snow removal and salting, deck and fence restoration, junk removal, pressure washing, and general outdoor labour across Richmond Hill and the surrounding York Region.
We serve Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, Aurora, Newmarket, and Maple. Richmond Hill is our home base. If you are nearby and unsure whether you are in range, call us and we will confirm coverage for your address.
Yard size, scope, and whether it is a one-time visit or an ongoing plan all move the number. We quote against your actual property, so request a quote for the exact price before anything is scheduled.
Most properties book a spring clean-up before the growing season starts and a fall clean-up to clear leaves before winter, with maintenance visits in between. We recommend a schedule once we've seen the yard.
Most trees just need pruning to stay healthy and clear of the house or power lines. Removal is for trees that are dead, diseased beyond recovery, or too close to a structure to safely manage any other way. We assess the tree in person before recommending either.
Tree size, condition, and proximity to structures all affect the price. We assess the tree on site and quote it before any cutting starts.
Yes. You can book a seasonal plan set before winter starts, with priority scheduling during storms, or arrange clearing storm by storm. Salting is available as an add-on or on its own.
Driveway size and layout are the main factors. Request a quote before winter and we will confirm a seasonal or per-storm price for your property.
Most decks are worth restoring rather than replacing, as long as the structure underneath is sound. We check the wood for rot and loose boards before quoting, so you know which situation applies to yours.
Square footage, wood condition, and whether repairs are needed before refinishing all move the price. We inspect the wood in person and quote the full job — sanding, any repairs, and the finish coat — as one number.
Outdoor jobs that need an extra set of hands and don't fit neatly into another service — moving material around a property, stacking, and setup are the most common requests. Where the point of the job is that something leaves for good, that is junk removal instead.
Call (647) 569-8294 or use our contact form to describe the job and your address. We will confirm you are in our York Region service area and schedule a quote.
Yes. Landscaping can be booked as a one-time visit or ongoing maintenance, and snow removal can be arranged per storm or for the season. Tree work, wood restoration, junk removal, pressure washing, and general outdoor labour are quoted for the job you describe.
