What You Can Get
Cleared once after a storm, or on a plan for the whole winter. Tell us the property and we'll quote a schedule that matches how much snow it actually gets.
What a season costs
Two service levels, both flat rates for the whole winter and both set by the size of the driveway. You pay one price up front instead of a bill after every storm.
Driveways
One rate covers the whole season. The difference between the two is how much snow it takes to send a truck, how many times we come during a long storm, and what happens after the city plow goes by.
- Small single driveway
- Standard: $549
- Premium: $699
- Large single driveway
- Standard: $649
- Premium: $799
- Double driveway
- Standard: $699
- Premium: $849
- Large double driveway
- Standard: $799
- Premium: $949
- Triple / oversized driveway
- Standard: $899+
- Premium: $1,049+
Ice melter add-on
Optional on either package, and the same price on both. We put it down through the season when the problem is ice, not snow. It follows the same driveway sizes.
- Small single driveway
- +$100
- Large single driveway
- +$125
- Double driveway
- +$150
- Large double driveway
- +$175
- Triple / oversized driveway
- +$200
Standard vs. Premium
Both levels clear the same things: the driveway, the walkways, and the steps. Three things change between them: how deep the snow gets before we come out, how many times we come during a long storm, and whether we come back after the city plow.
Standard
5 cm / 2 in triggerOne complete clearing after the snowfall ends, on our normal route.
- Driveway cleared
- Walkways and steps cleared
- One complete clearing after the snowfall ends
- Normal route scheduling
- Windrow cleared if it is already there when we service the property
- Ice melter available as an add-on
Premium
2.5 cm / 1 in triggerComes out at 2.5 cm instead of 5 cm, with priority service, two clearings during a major storm, and a return trip after the city plow.
Everything in Standard, plus:
- Two clearings during a prolonged stormOn an all-day or overnight snowfall we come twice: one overnight clearing while the snow is still coming down, so you are not starting the morning under the full storm, and one final clearing once it stops.
- Return visit after the city plowIf the city plows your street after we have already serviced the property, we come back for the new windrow it leaves across the end of your driveway.
- Priority service
- Ice melter available as an add-on
Neighbourhood deal
Book with neighbours on the same street and everyone in the group pays less, on either package. We clear several driveways in one trip, which costs us less time, so the saving goes back to you.
- 2 homes$75 each
- 3 homes$100 each
- 4+ homes$125 each
Prices are before HST. Rates cover the 2026/27 winter for residential driveways in our service area. Anything oversized or unusually steep we quote after seeing it. Any price we give before we have looked at the property is an estimate.
Bring your neighbours, cut your own bill
Every neighbour who signs and pays for a seasonal contract takes $50 off yours. Ten of them and your own winter is free.
- $501 neighbour
- $1002
- $1503
- $2004
- $2505
- $3006
- $3507
- $4008
- $4509
- Free season10
This stacks with the neighbourhood deal above. The group rate lowers what everyone pays at signup, and referrals come off your own season on top of that.
Refer a neighbourThe fine print
- The neighbour you refer has to sign and pay for a seasonal contract. A quote on its own does not count.
- Either package counts. A standard contract earns the same credit as a premium one.
- They need to be inside our service area.
- Rewards apply to the current season only and do not roll into next winter.
- The most any one referrer can earn is a single free season.
- Your neighbour names you when they sign up, so tell them to have your address ready.

Snow Removal & Salting FAQs
Useful details to review before you price the work.
Both. Some properties book a seasonal plan and others call storm by storm. Tell us which you prefer when you request a quote.
Ice melter is available as an add-on to a clearing visit, focused on steps, entryways, and other spots where ice is the main risk. It can also be booked on its own, and pet-safe options are available on request.
Response time depends on the storm and how many properties are on the route ahead of yours. Standard clears once snowfall reaches 5 cm and runs on our normal route, in one visit after the snow stops. Premium clears at 2.5 cm, gets priority service, and during a long storm comes once overnight while it is still snowing and again after it ends.
Both clear the driveway, the walkways, and the steps. Standard waits for 5 cm (2 inches), runs on our normal route, and does one complete clearing after the snowfall ends. Premium starts at 2.5 cm (1 inch), gets priority service, and differs in two ways during a bad storm: on an all-day or overnight snowfall it gets two clearings rather than one, one overnight while the snow is still falling and one final pass after it stops, and if the city plows your street after we have already serviced the property, we come back for the new windrow across the end of your driveway. Standard clears a windrow too, but only the one already there when we arrive. Ice melter is an add-on either way, at the same price.
Yes. Pet-safe ice melter is available on request, applied to the same high-risk spots as the standard product: steps, entryways, and walkways.

What York Region, ON homeowners ask about snow removal & salting
It depends on how many storms a typical winter brings and which service level you pick. A seasonal plan is one flat price for the whole winter rather than a bill after each storm. We can walk through both options when you request a quote.
Salting is scoped separately from clearing, since it solves a different problem (ice, not snow depth). It can be bundled with a clearing visit or booked on its own.
Driveway size and layout, including inclines and how many walkways are involved, set the row you fall into. The other factor is which service level you pick: standard clears at 5 cm in one visit after the snow stops, while premium clears at 2.5 cm, clears twice during an all-day or overnight storm, and returns after the city plow.
Snow removal and salting across York Region, ON
York Region winters swing between heavy lake-effect snowfalls and sudden thaws, which is what makes ice, not just snow depth, the bigger hazard on most driveways. A property near Newmarket or Aurora might see a different snow total in a given storm than one in Vaughan or Markham, so a one-size schedule doesn't actually fit every property in the same way.
Driveway layout matters as much as snowfall does. A long driveway or one with an incline clears differently than a short, flat one, and that is part of what a quote accounts for before the first storm of the season.

Seasonal plans versus storm-by-storm
A seasonal plan means the schedule is set before winter starts and the property gets priority when a storm hits, which matters most on the mornings everyone else is also trying to get plowed. Storm-by-storm works for properties that don't need clearing every time it snows, or that want the flexibility to skip a visit.
Either way, ice melter is scoped separately from clearing because the two solve different problems. Clearing removes the snow; ice melter is for the ice that forms after, on steps and entryways where a slip is the real risk, and pet-safe options are available where that matters.
